Training
At Pillar, we are committed to the growth and development of every team member. We continually assess individual and group training needs to strengthen skills and build teamwork. Electricians complete a four-year apprenticeship (8,000 working hours) to qualify for the Texas Journeyman test, and ongoing field training in safety and installation practices is ingrained in our culture.
